Job Summary
Lead and manage customer service team and the procurement team for all the site, defining and following up indicators and targets.
Coordinate and manage the site SIOP and MPS processes, leading monthly SIOP and weekly MPS meetings to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
Manage inventory and lead actions connected with stock reductions, proposing logistics protocols with suppliers in co-operation with External flow analyst and Purchasing.
