Maintain close supervision over all plant operations through management reports, staff meetings and personal observations to assure coordination and integration of work flow.
Assures compliance programs in the Plants Environmental Safety and Quality Systems are instituted and followed.

Key Requirements
BS/BA in engineering discipline
Ten (10) years direct experience in medical device manufacturing
