Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Law or equivalent
10 years of related work experience
2 years of leadership experience
Experience in transit/infrastructure projects
Experience in construction or engineering management
Familiarity with alternate project delivery methods
Working knowledge of construction contracts
Experience preparing and administering change orders
Highly knowledgeable about federal competitive procurement processes
