Job Summary

  • Lead BeOne’s global forecasting and commercial performance management capabilities to enable high-quality decision-making across the commercial organization.
  • Establish standards, governance, and best practices for demand forecasting, revenue outlook, KPI design, performance measurement, and insights delivery.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, Sales Operations, and country/region leadership to drive planning excellence and ensure forecast accuracy and transparency.
