Job Summary

  • The Health Care Aide provides personal care and performs selected tasks under the direction of their supervisor while adhering to regulatory and Extendicare's standards, policies and procedures.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care and hygiene, observing and reporting changes in condition, and providing cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support.
