Job Summary
Lead Inventory and Warehouse teams to drive sales, operating income, cash flow and asset management in support of the branch’s P&L objectives.
Ensure adherence to and become branch expert on all quality and compliance requirements as set forth by the Field Quality Management System requirements.
Managerial duties include but are not limited to: partnering with Human Resources, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, employee engagement, represent branch at quarterly regional operations meetings and annual national operations meeting.
