Leads and delivers complex IT programs supporting pharmaceutical research, development, manufacturing, and commercial operations, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery compliant with regulations.
Oversees a portfolio of Pharma IT projects including GxP systems, infrastructure, integrations, and digital transformation, while managing financial aspects and driving continuous improvement.
Provides strong stakeholder engagement across R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Commercial functions, and mentors project managers and technical leads.

Base: $142,400.00 - $224,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, sick days

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
5+ years IT project/program management experience

Demonstrated GxP-regulated systems delivery experience
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
