Job Summary

  • This position focuses on hands-on service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of cooling equipment to ensure safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operations.
  • Candidates will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing refrigerant-based HVAC systems that support the performance, reliability, and energy efficiency of clients' facilities.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Refrigerant-based HVAC system maintenance
  • EPA Section 608 Certification Type II or Universal
  • TDLR Class B HVAC license
  • Troubleshooting compressors and refrigerant circuits
  • Reading schematics and wiring diagrams

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with building automation systems BAS/BMS
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency optimization
  • Support for system startups and commissioning
  • Strong documentation skills using CMMS
  • OEM-specific training certifications

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience servicing refrigerant-based HVAC systems
  • Must have TDLR Class B HVAC license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
