The Accounts Receivable Manager for North America is a key role responsible for strengthening the company’s cash position through effective credit, collections and dispute management practices.
As the regional lead, this role will also play a central part in modernizing the collections landscape, including the implementation of a new collections management tool and the increased use of automation and AI to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and process discipline, this position plays a critical role in driving best-in-class collections performance and improving overall working capital performance.
