This role requires residing on-site at 4-H Camp Owahta in McGraw, NY, for the entire summer season from July 5 to August 14, 2026.
The position involves enforcing Department of Health and American Camp Association standards while managing daily operations, safety, and youth development programming.

Age 21 or older requirement
Staff training facilitation and supervision
Enforce DOH and ACA safety regulations
Nice-to-have
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Experience with LIT/CIT leadership programs
Strong resilience in dynamic environments
Ability to teach skills to youth ages 5-16
Receptiveness to guidance and feedback
Key Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
