Job Summary
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a global humanitarian organization dedicated to restoring safety, dignity, and hope to millions affected by conflict and disaster.
The consultant clinical psychologist will provide specialized mental health consultations and clinical supervision for women and girls exposed to gender-based violence, ensuring survivor-centered care and confidentiality.
The role requires delivering a minimum of four consultations per day, traveling to field locations, and supporting case workers through coaching using WHO and UNICEF EQUIP methodologies.

Clinical supervision of high-risk GBV cases
Face-to-face and remote psychological consultations

Survivor-centered recovery planning
Confidentiality and privacy adherence
Coaching and capacity building for case workers
Travel to Akkar and North for home visits

Key Requirements
MA in clinical psychology
Lebanese colloquium certificate for clinical psychologists
License to practice clinical psychology from Ministry of Public Health
Minimum 7 years professional MHPSS experience
Active registered member of Lebanese Order of Psychologists
Experience with evidence-based therapies (IPT, CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR)
Experience working with GBV survivors in humanitarian settings
Work Rights
Licensed clinical psychologist in Lebanon required
