The HRBP supports the Head of HR & Support Services, delivering a range of legislatively / regulatory compliant HR services within the UK Subsidiary of Rail Services.
This wide-ranging role provides a broad range and varied degree of operational and strategic challenges across the full employee lifecycle partnering with the distinct stakeholder group with the added complexity of operating within a matrix organisation and a services business delivering against customer requirements.

Key Requirements
Proven previous experience in Business Partnering
Experience supporting line managers through ER disputes
Experience with complex HR processes (restructures/redundancies, TUPE)
Up to date Employment law knowledge
Previous experience working with Trade Unions is essential
Understanding of a services business
Adept at working with multiple systems, strong use of MS Office products
