Independently manage all pre-construction aspects for simple cycle gas turbines, combined cycle gas turbines, utility-scale solar, and energy storage projects.
Lead projects through FEL 2 and FEL 3 phases by completing cost analysis, budgetary estimates for EPC, and managing preliminary engineering execution.
Collaborate with construction teams to develop scope of work, coordinate environmental reviews, and obtain necessary agency approvals.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years project management experience
Utility-scale renewables pre-construction
Class 5, 4, and 3- cost estimating
Environmental site survey coordination
EPC procurement and RFP management
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to influence change critically
Experience with optimized energy models
Confident explanation of engineering requirements
Key Requirements
BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
7+ years experience in construction or engineering project management
Experience with pre-construction engineering initiatives
