Salary
Base: $70,000 - $100,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based pay plans and production bonuses; Benefits: NO COST health benefits, 401(k) match, paid training
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid Driver's License required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven dealership technician experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Proficient with hand and power tools
Nice-to-have
Honda certifications preferred
Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems
Strong mechanical knowledge of Honda systems
Excellent customer communication skills
Commitment to continuous improvement
