Must-have
APRN-NP or PA licensure required
More than 2 years licensed experience
BLS certification required
Hybrid work model with 3 days on-site
Pre-operative geriatric assessments
Nice-to-have
Experience in perioperative medicine preferred
Experience in geriatrics preferred
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Quality improvement program participation
Virtual and in-person patient care skills
Key Requirements
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN-NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure
Minimum 2 years of licensed clinical experience
Current BLS certification
Ability to maintain all required certifications and licenses
