Tenstorrent is seeking a Field Application Engineer for AI Systems & Solutions, based in Munich, Germany, to serve as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in systems engineering within HPC or AI, along with strong communication skills to facilitate customer success and technical deployments
Job Summary
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise EMEA customers, leading deployments, integrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Own technical execution for Galaxy server deployments from PoC through production, including system architecture and complex system-level debug.
Act as the voice of the customer by translating feedback into engineering improvements, influencing roadmap and feature priorities, and mentoring junior engineers as the EMEA CS organization scales.
