Job Summary

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years manufacturing operations experience
  • 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
  • Work in cold room conditions at -22 degrees F

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Background in pharmaceutical or medical device sectors
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field

  • Equivalent to 6+ years of dynamically responsible work experience if no degree
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call schedules as required
