Job Summary

  • The Quality Engineer (Molding) will be responsible for driving product and process quality across injection molding operations, ensuring that molded components meet LEGO’s global and U.S. quality standards.
  • This role supports compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), leads problem-solving and risk mitigation activities, and contributes to continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, project coordination, and engineering collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Working experience in Quality/Engineering/Process Management
  • Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with FMEA, Control Plans, RCA, CAPA
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, ISO 9001
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
