Job Summary

  • Workday Accounting team balances critical thinking with operational excellence to help guide and scale team operations.
  • Assist with the monthly variable compensation process, from calculating payments to providing reports for management review and approval.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as the Sales Design team, Business Finance teams, and other cross functional teams as needed.

Must-have

  • Revenue and Variable Compensation experience
  • ICM tools experience (Xactly, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Salesforce experience
  • Retrieve and manipulate large data sets
  • SDLC life cycle experience
  • SOX controls support

Nice-to-have

  • AI chatbots and other AI tools familiarity
  • Order-to-cash process experience
  • Software and/or internet industry experience
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Discretion with confidential matters

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue and Variable Compensation
  • 5+ years of experience with ICM tools
  • 5+ years’ experience using Salesforce
  • 4+ years of experience collaborating with audits
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
