Job Summary

  • The Activities Manager will be responsible for the coordination and management of commercial, corporate and community activities of the park including, Aqua Park, Water sports Centre Management, Lifeguarding, Swimming, Environmental Education and Bush Craft activities along with added value events.
  • You’ll be commercially focused and will connect the delivery and sale of all park services to provide the best experience for our customers and maximise our potential to attract revenue for the park.

Key Requirements

  • RYA Qualified
  • Experience running watersports/aqua parks
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Previous line management experience
  • Full Driving Licence
