Establish and validate the project’s execution cost baseline, maintain budget integrity throughout execution, and align cost phasing with the Integrated Master Schedule.
Deliver comprehensive forecast management, enable accurate performance reporting, and manage all cost-impacting changes with financial impact assessments.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Finance

Significant experience in project cost control for EPC, HVDC, transmission, industrial, or energy projects
Strong expertise in cost management and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Solid Primavera P6 understanding
Strong understanding of WBS/CBS, Performance Management, and EVM
