Job Summary

  • The AVP-Physician & APP Services serves the President MultiCare Medical Partners in key areas of Physician & APP recruiting, Compensation design/administration and contracting.
  • The AVP will ensure the organization achieves its Physician & APP recruiting goals by delivering an industry leading experience to candidates from sourcing to onboarding.
  • The AVP will provide subject matter expertise in the design and administration of Physician and APP compensation models that align behaviors with desired outcomes and enhances clinician engagement.
