Job Summary
The Manager of Organizational Development & Talent Solutions (OTS) oversees organizational effectiveness, capability development, and inclusion in Mainland China, while also leading assigned Enterprise portfolio and/or APAC regional programs.
Responsibilities include consulting, designing, facilitating, and program managing learning, change, and transformational programs for various audience levels.
The role requires partnering with local business units and HR Business Partners to implement effective organization development and capability solutions aligned with business needs.
