** RemoteScout is seeking a Product-led Growth Manager to develop and implement strategies for user engagement and product adoption in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in growth marketing or product management, with strong analytical and technical skills. **

Job Summary

  • Define and build the PLG framework, including the tracking of North Star metrics, identifying "Aha!" moments, and establishing a rigorous experimentation culture.
  • Work closely with the Product team to optimize the onboarding flow, reduce Time-to-Value (TTV), and build in-app triggers that drive virality and expansion.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure our tech stack (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel, HubSpot/Salesforce) captures the right data to trigger sales-assist motions (PQLs) when a self-serve user is ready to upgrade.
