Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4 years technician or clinical field service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time
  • Experience with medical device equipment repair
  • Troubleshooting skills for imaging and navigation systems

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering or related field
  • Previous experience in medical device industry
  • Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy and surgical protocols
  • Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR and CGMP regulations
  • Experience with robotics or motion control systems

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant technician or field service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Must reside within the Iowa Quad Cities area
  • Unrestricted US work authorization required at hire
