Job Summary

• A Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) is to provide residents routine restorative nursing care, assisting with exercise to improve or maintain mobility and independence.
• Essential duties include assisting residents with transfers, ambulation, range of motion, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene to ensure their well-being.
• The RNA will also assist with elimination needs, skin care, and can serve in a maintenance capacity in the absence of a therapist or consultant.
