Trade Qualification – Highly regarded
Strong leadership and people management capability
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Background in heavy equipment, maintenance, fleet operations, or mining services
Ability to manage safety, compliance, planning, KPIs, and customer expectations
Confident communicator with solid financial and reporting skills
Coal Board Medical & QLD Coal G1 Passport (or ability to obtain)
S11, S123, G2 qualifications
