Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Population PK or PBPK modelling experience
  • Mechanistic PK/PD modelling expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Monolix or Simcyp
  • In vitro-in vivo translation capabilities
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • PhD in relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with enzyme/transporter mechanistic frameworks
  • Programming skills in R, MATLAB, or Python
  • Track record of mentoring junior scientists
  • Familiarity with infectious disease drug discovery

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, or related discipline
  • Practical experience in population PK, PBPK, or mechanistic PK/PD modelling
  • Experience translating in vitro and preclinical data to humans
