The Role This is a key regional leadership role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance across APAC. Based in Singapore, the Financial Controller will act as a strategic partner to the Finance Director while providing strong financial governance, insight, and leadership across multiple countries. You will manage and develop a regional finance team across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practice financial processes across the region. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end to end finance function for APAC, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, internal controls, and treasury Lead and manage a multi country finance team, both locally and remotely, driving performance, capability development, and engagement Manage regional tax matters, including corporate income tax, indirect taxes, and coordination with external tax advisors to ensure compliance and optimisation Oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation, ensuring alignment with group guidelines and local regulatory requirements across APAC jurisdictions Provide governance and oversight on inventory management, including valuation, costing, provisions, slow moving and obsolete stock, and controls across manufacturing and distribution entities Partner closely with the Finance Director and regional stakeholders to deliver commercial insights, financial analysis, and decision support Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close in line with group reporting standards Drive standardisation, process improvements, and internal control enh
