Job Summary
Your mission will be to ensure the execution of French HR processes from the employee's hiring to their departure, while also coordinating and monitoring HR for our regions with our International HRBP team.
You will establish a quality relationship with HRBP clients, accurately understand their requests, and provide excellent service from the first contact, responding to complex employee requests with an individualized approach within agreed deadlines.
You will participate in the consolidation of work prepared by the regions (EUROPE, MEART, AMERIQUES, USA, APAC, ISP Export) on key HR campaigns and processes such as the budget cycle, performance calibration, merit campaign, talent review, development campaign, engagement survey, and Excel reporting.
