Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily and weekly progress notes.
Assist the nursing department with training of Restorative Aides and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs for discharge preparation.
Communicate patient progress and plans with supervisors and other health team members, and participate in discharge planning.
