Job Summary
Sr. Process Engineer will lead projects, process improvement, and characterization activities that support the manufacturing process of the Intraocular Lenses and Cartridges operation.
Responsible for problem identification, reporting, root cause analysis, project management, financial analysis, efficiency or productivity improvement, reporting, and problem resolution.
The Engineer will possess a high degree of technical competence and project management skills to successfully lead their assigned projects and extended cross-functional team members.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Material Science with 4+ years of relevant experience
Master’s degree in engineering with 2+ years of experience
Project management experience in an engineering environment
2+ years’ experience in an engineering function in FDA environment
