Job Summary

  • This role leads change initiatives, drives process and systems improvement, and is Procurement’s representative with senior stakeholders within and outside Global Procurement.
  • The role also ensures strategies and programs are in place for supplier risk management, supplier relationship management, Risk & Vulnerability and ESG.

  • Proven success in leading process improvement and change initiatives
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing performance metrics
