Base: $95,000.00 – $108,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, paid parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
4-6 years public or private accounting experience
Proven supervisory experience managing staff
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling
Ability to interpret retail lease documents
Nice-to-have
Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems
Previous commercial real estate accounting background
Client-facing role experience
Training development and delivery skills
Knowledge of additional accounting software beyond Yardi
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
4-6 years of accounting experience preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
