10+ years mechanical equipment design experience
Proven engineering team leadership skills
Experience with Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
Hands-on CAD and PDM system proficiency
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Electronic packaging design experience
Knowledge of military specifications and GD&T
Proficiency in Creo CAD and Windchill PDM
Strong technical writing and communication abilities
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
