Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical discipline
10+ years of experience in virtualization, co-simulation, software development, test automation, or validation
Proven track record of leading complex projects
Master’s degree or PhD preferred
15+ years of experience preferred
Direct experience managing technical software development teams preferred
