Job Summary

• As an Acute Medication History Pharmacy Technician your job responsibilities will be to obtain medication histories for patients admitted to the hospital.
• This is a full-time evening shift position working five 8-hour shifts per week from 3PM to 11:30 PM, requiring rotating weekends (every other weekend, Saturday, and Sunday) and rotating holidays.
