Must-have

  • 3+ years aerospace or manufacturing experience
  • Willingness to work any shift including weekends
  • 1+ year leadership experience or internal course
  • A&P or Repairman Certificate or 18 months maintenance

Nice-to-have

  • 5+ years aerospace industry experience
  • Proficiency with Velocity/CMES software
  • Experience in avionics and functional testing
  • Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years aerospace/manufacturing/military experience
  • 1 year leadership experience or 'Exploring Leadership' course
  • A&P or Repairman Certificate (or 18 months hands-on)
  • Must be a U.S. Person per export control laws
