Job Summary

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day to day functions of the nursing service department in accordance with current rules and regulations.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the facility’s quality assurance program and ensure nursing care procedures and documentation meet professional standards.
• Maintain good rapport with all services involved in resident care to ensure a team effort in developing comprehensive care plans.
