The role supports the Global Controller in executing Record to Report elements of transformational initiatives to deliver significant increases in productivity within the I&PA segment.
The leader will oversee designing and optimizing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries across a geographically dispersed team.
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience building scalable operations in a shared services role at a high-growth company while ensuring compliance with US GAAP requirements.

Key Requirements
