The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a behavioral health-related field and experience in customer service within the military community, offering tailored assistance in various specialty areas. **

Job Summary

  • This role delivers personalized, tailored assistance and referral services to program participants.
  • Consultation areas include special needs and the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), support for transitioning Veterans, relocation and transition services, building healthy partner and family relationships, new parent assistance and education, and peer-to-peer support.
  • Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, knowledge of call center operations, and an understanding of military life, while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, compassion, and respect for Service members and their families.
