  • The purpose of the role is to accompany the implementation of the Agile organizational model based on Domains and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), managing the integral model of strategic alignment and quarterly business review (QBR) of the organization.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evolving the Local QBR model, defining the Local/Global OKR framework, and coordinating the QBR process execution.
