Stryker is seeking an Operations Manager for its markets in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with responsibilities including operational strategy development, process improvement, and managing cross-functional relationships. Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for all Operational Activities across KSA & UAE, including Customer Service, Kit Booking, Kit Logistics, Shipping/Receiving & Warehousing, and Asset Management.
  • Manage the Operational activities ensuring that the best talent is sourced, developed, managed and engaged, and work to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Build, liaise and maintain relationships with colleagues across various functions and divisions while driving leverage opportunities within the region.
