Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in public health or medicine
Minimum three years of job-related experience
Understanding of Indonesia primary health care system
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong oral and written proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting PHC or community health systems strengthening
English language fluency
Field-oriented team approach to programming
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
