Job Summary

  • This role focuses on delivering a market-leading total customer experience by managing all contracted Program relationships and interactions with customers.
  • Duties will include acting as the prime point of contact for Boeing Modifications customers, managing expectations, and championing the voice of the customer.
  • The team collaborates with airline customers, BGS Sales, and the Mods Integrated Product Team (IPT) to ensure proposal quality and accuracy relative to deliverables, capacity, costs, and schedule.
