• The Area Therapy Advancement Manager leads the area Therapy Advancement field team and is responsible for developing and overseeing the successful execution of the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology marketing strategies.
• Key duties include leading and developing the regional therapy advancement team, driving strategic alignment and business planning, advocating for Electrophysiology Programs, and advancing awareness and market presence.
• This role requires a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 8 years of professional work experience with 4+ years in sales and marketing, and previous people leadership experience in the medical device industry.
