Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years BMS operations experience
Hands-on Honeywell Siemens Schneider Electric JCI
BMS infrastructure and system integration management
OEM service provider coordination and AMC management
Preventive planned maintenance execution
Nice-to-have
Willingness to work in shifts or site-based operations
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Basic understanding of HVAC and electrical systems
Key Requirements
BE BTech Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Electronics Instrumentation
3-5 years overall experience in BMS operations
Experience with commercial buildings IT parks data centers hospitals
