Job Summary
Perform service and maintenance tasks on commercial and / or industrial HVAC equipment.
Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.

Key Requirements
3 or more years of experience repairing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC/R equipment
EPA universal certification preferred
Experience with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, or boiler systems
OSHA 10 certification preferred
Mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills
Proficiency with electrical and mechanical diagnostics
Familiarity with blueprint, schematic, drawings
Ability to pass background, drug, MVR, and physical ability tests
