• Oversee commercial construction projects from setup to permanent facility transfer, including document review, inspector coordination, and the analysis of Contractor Applications for Payment to ensure projects remain on time and on budget.
• Partner with Business Bankers, Underwriters, Closers, and Attorneys to navigate pre- and post-approval processes, providing technical subject matter expertise to ensure seamless loan closings.
