Job Summary

• Work with Head of Operations, Claims, Healthcare, other Group Stakeholders across AIA and current and existing providers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to drive and implement strategic initiatives and projects to support AIA’s Integrated Healthcare Strategy (IHS).
• Lead the Healthcare Partnership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives including benefit redesign and steerage to enhance medical services and expand networks (within Singapore and regionally), to achieve our KPIs of VONB, OPAT, and ANP including collaboration with Healthcare, Life Ops on joint healthcare initiatives.
• Support vertical integration with healthcare providers to build a seamless, end-to-end ecosystem by forging strategic partnerships and embedding provider capabilities into our operational framework, enhancing service delivery and optimizing cost efficiency.
